At the very beginning of the game, you can't. The reason for this is that you are in an AIDA mirror server, where all of the players are trapped within the game. After a certain point, you will escape the AIDA server and go back to the real CC Corp server, at which point you will be able to log out. So, just hang in there! You'll be out of there in no time!

If you are referring to the sealed beasts that were guarding the Lost Weapons in .hack//g.u. Vol. 2 then they're still there but in order to get to them you must upgrade the persons weapon to the 4th then in order to unlock the 5th and final phase for that you must fight the sealed beast (Haseos beast is lvl 135) So yeah upgrade to the fourth then there they are.
