The only way to is to start Vampire Slayer in Draynor village. Killing this vampire is IMPOSSIBLE when you aren't doing vampire slayer.(BEWARE: if you finished the quest your stake/s will disappear and you won't be able to redefeat him.) It's impossible because when the vampire loses to you (when you're not doing this quest) it will use dark magic to heal itself. But in the quest you're told to get a few bulbs of garlic,(but the more garlic the weaker the vampire gets) a stake, a stake hammer, and food. If you are doing the quest and killing the vampire, when you kill it, you hammer the stake into it, and it can't heal itself.
DO NOT try to kill the vampire when you start.YOU MUST HAVE A STAKE AND STAKE HAMMER!But you don't need garlic, and food but it's recommended.
If you don't know what stake means (NOT THE FOOD! That's steak) it is a big nail you hammer into vampires to kill them.
