though slow,iron golems have 50 hearts and can do anywhere from 2.5-10.5 hearts of damage. Scince it can kill you in one hit, its recommended to where
diamond armor and use a diamond sword. You can trap it (but they dont take fall
damage, try to use lava),or stand on a pillar and hit it, or just hit it from a doorway. If you intend to kill it head on, hit fast as they have a long attack range
and can hit you first.
