use the hammer of dawn on it

either by using the hammer 2 full times

or by hitting it once with the hammer then using a torque bow or grenade while it is still vunerable

if you need how to kill a specific

1st berserker lead it through the building and get it smash the breakable doors till you get outside

2nd berserker get it to knock down all the columns of the roof to break the windows then use the hammer

3rd berserker lead it to the last train car then push the release switch or use a torque bow to explode the gas tank
