Do you need Xbox live in Gears of War 2 to get RAAM?
No. All you have to do is beat gears 1. but unless your gonna be doin wingman, elimination, or some other form of non-horde multiplayer by yourself (or system link/local) there is really no point. you can't use RAAM in campaign. or on horde.
