sit behind the first wall right in front of the doors then wait until they use the UV turret this is just about the only time they help you after that shoot him in the head with a longshot you can get the kryll away from him to shoot him by hitting him with a tourque bow or tossing a grenade in front of him do it enough and hell be dead in no time

Then all you have to do is select the character you want next to where it says "Preferred Locust".
