1. If you're actually using a real DS, then you need to buy a cheating device such as Game Shark, or Action Replay. Once you've bought one of these insert it into your DS and then put the Pokemon Platinum game inside of it, and then you should figure it out from there.

2. If you're using a DS emulator on your computer, then do this. Most emulators such as NO$GBA and DeSmuMe have an option in the upper left hand corner under 'emulation' to 'cheat', you will then enter your cheat code there.
