or make an obsidian portal

soo what is obsidian? its when you mix water and lava and you need a diamond pickaxe or you will not get the obsidian and it will take exactly 15 seconds to mine it with a diamond pick, sometimes water and lava will make cobblestone

now you need a flint and steel

now with your obsidian (get atleast 15 peices) make a 6 blocks tall by 4 blocks wide but do not fill it in, make it like a frame then take your flint and steel, point it at a peice of obsidian in the portal and right click , if done correctly then you should see a purple thing inside the obsidian frame then just step in, wait a few seconds and your off to the nether
