There are many settings that you can get to while on the Xbox 360 that will allow you to see family settings and parental controls. To get there, you can go to the settings screen in the console control section.

What you do is click the xbox button and go over to system settings. Then here's the tricky part, in system settings there is family settings, click on that and put in the 4-diget code. You can change as many as you want, but you need to know the word password.
Go On System Settings and Go on Memory
To sign out of your netflix account on an xbox, either go to netflix.com -> account -> manage devices and deactivate your account. If you cannot do that simply go to the system settings on your xbox and go to the memory part-> games -> netflix and delete the "credentials" item (about 89K I believe).

I'm pretty sure you have t log on to the parent account and make sure that the younger accounts have parental settings, then go into settings, parental settings and there should be an option.

You can delete the account in settings. Go to the settings tab and you can find it.

Yes you can, all you have to do is recover your gamer tag onto the other Xbox. next go over to settings and choose system settings->storage/memory->(select whatever storage unit the account is saved on)->profile->(select the profile)->delete
