*Wailord* is the evolution of Wailmer and can be achieved by levelling Wailmer up to Lv 40.
However, Wailord is also able to be caught straight from the wild, but it's quite difficult to find it. It's only found on Route 129 in the water, and you must search through the use of your super rod or scanning the water surface. You could be hour searching though.
Relicanth, however, is much harder. It is found underwater along routes 124 and 126 only, and has a 5% encounter rate, so it is already difficult to stumble upon.
