Who is emerl?
Emerl is a robot that first appears on the game Sonic Battle for the GBA. Eggman discovers Emerl, but Eggman couldn't get him to do anything. (Eggman couldn't form a link with Emerl!) Eggman tossed Emerl onto the beach, and Sonic finds him. Sonic forms a link with Emerl, and gets Emerl to form a link with all his friends. They use Emerl to help stop Eggman from using the Death Egg to rule over Mobius.

By battling really well, your chances are increased if your not hit, you can also go to Tails' Lab in Emerl's story to get ultimate moves and higher chances for rare cards.

Skill points allow you to equip moves to Emerl. You run out of skill points, Emerl gets no more moves, but there is a limit of 500 without hacking the game.
