It is imposible. You can migrate it from LeafGreen, FireRed, Emerald, Ruby, or Sapphire. Trade it from Diamond or Pearl (if you migrated it or got it off of trade station) to Platinum. My advice is to wait until Pokemon Heart Gold and Soul Silver come out in 2010. It is a remake for the DS and DSi of Silver and Gold. It will have connection to Platinum, Diamond, and Pearl. Possibly Battle Revolution.
