Nope, don't listen to what he said because i did BOTH of those those things, and the dude on the second floor doesn't give you a route, i kno he didn't say that, but i read somethin' else about it, and it said one of the dudes would give you a route, and that didn't happen!!!!!!!!!!!!! x<
It worked for me...... I went past 4 computers, then on the other side there was a guy in a white coatand he said there has been lots of rainfalls in route 105 could it be....
I have been to the weather place a hundred times, and no one has told me anything about unusual rain. All the guy says is that man can not change the weather.
he is right bout that but what he didn't tell u that u have to beat the elite four then u can go there he will tell u what route to go and u can capture a legendary pokemons
kyogre and groudon. plus kyogre and groudon will be at level 70 so it can be pretty dificult
All you guys need to do is go to route 119 and on the way you should run into it
