To get to the first warp cannon in World one, go to the fortress. (halfway castle) Halfway through there's a pipe over some moving blocks. Go through that pipe and go in the pipe right above the one you come through. Then go to the right, and see the small area where the moving blocks are going into? hop in there and let the blocks push you. (if you're big duck, if you're small, you can run right through) Then you should see a red flag. jump on that and there you go. (a tip: the cannons don't work like the first one, this time they shoot you along the ground and you need to jump over baddies and holes.)
