On White (should be the same as black) when you get to the very top near the league you have a choice of (down) stairs on left, (down) stairs on right, or go outside. If you've beaten the game and talked to Cheren on Route 5 he should be in the same room.
What you want to do is take the stairs on the left where you will run into a boulder. Use strength to push it aside and go to the left where you will see the entrance to The Trial Chamber.
