if you want to do it quickly, go in the building get in the lift and go to level 5F, then go out and acroos as far as you can to the left then head down to the bottom you will see a rocket next to a warp go on the warp then after you have warped go back on to the warp you came off now you will be back where you where go down beat the rocket go across and get the card key. now go back to the lift and go to level 9F and go left again till the wall then go down use the card on the funny door go through and just keep following through.
