How do you get to the last gym leader in Pokemon Pearl?

It took me a while to get past that stupid ediot near Sunnyshore who keeps saying they have a blackout. It has been a while since I beat the game but I think u either have to get to spear pillar which is at the top of mt. coronet, beat commanders mars and jupitar (or some combination of the three commanders), beat cyrus, and catch palkia or you have to beat team galactic at one of their bases or at one of the lake. I think it is the one with mt. coronet but im not positive.

In Diamond and Pearl, the fifth gym leader, Fantina, is in Hearthome City. In the town where Crasher Wake is the gym leader, there will be a Team Galactic grunt. Talk to him and then follow him when he runs away. It's pretty straight forward from there.

She is the 7th gym leader. She is located in Snowpoint city~ (If your wondering what to do after that go defeat the galactic grunts in front of Acuity Lakefront...other than that enjoy the game)
