How do you get to the lake guardians in Pokemon Platinum?

my guide to Pokemon platinum legendaries (sinnoh Dex)
legendary lake Pokemon
you have to defeat girantina (or catch him but don't use the master ball save it for another legendary) after that go to rowans lab and he will tell you that the lake Pokemon are back then go to the three lakes and the caverns are floating over water go inside and in each one there's a lake Pokemon in each cavern the hardest one to catch is Azelf i used my master ball on him but when i threw it i wasn't thinking about Arceus so don't use the master ball unless if he is your favourite Pokemon ever who you have wanted since diamond and pearl
P.S there all level 50
girantina
first you need to have battled Cyrus twice after your second battle with Cyrus free the lake Pokemon after battling mars or Jupiter i forget witch one then go to mt coronet (whichever side that isn't the Canalave side) follow the long path and you will get a white Flute on your way, when you get to the spear pillar you will battle Mars and Jupiter after follow Cyrus into the distortion world navigate around the distortion world to find Cyrus battle him after that Cynthia will heal your Pokemon for Free, then you can finally battle girantina he is level 47 and he has: ominous wind, ancient power, dragon claw and shadow force don't use your master ball save it for Arceus oh and if you cant think of a nickname i called mine distortion
Dialga and Palkia
to get Dialga and Palkia you need to have visited the distortion world at least once after that get the two orbs from the spear pillar and talk then talk to the man in the large house in Celestic town then go back to the spear pillar and Dialga should be there if he is not then there should be a portal go in to the portal Dialga should be in there after if you want to catch Palkia exit the spear pillar and the next time you go to the spear pillar there will be a purple portal go inside the portal and there is Palkia there both level 70 and i would recommend dusk balls to catch them. before that get the national dex and the two orbs.



regirock, regice and registeel
the only way to get these Pokemon is to transfer from emerald via pal park, they are used to awaken Regigas in Snowpoint temple

Articuno, zapdos and moltres
first go to the pal park and talk to oak then go to Eterna city and talk to oak again he will then give you a upgrade now articuno, zapdos and moltres will walk across Sinnoh but not like Mesprit/Cresselia (at bottom of this page) did they wont be marked on the marking map you have to find them randomly i cant really tell you any more good luck, or you could transfer themvia pal park through firered/leafgreen

Heatran
to catch Heatran you need to make your first run through stark mountain and team galactic leaves talk to buck then talk to him again in the trainer cafe after go back to stark mountain and Heatran should be there he is level 50 so if this is at night use dusk balls but if not use ultra balls good luck
Cresselia
go to Canalave city and talk to the sailors son inside the sailors house he will be stuck in a nightmare talk to the people and they will say that he needs a lunar wing so go to the sailor and ask to go to Fullmoon island i know this is starting to look like a rescue mission but be patient on Fullmoon island you will find Cresselia but when you try and fight him he will fly off somewhere leaving behind the lunar wing now he will be shown on your marking map so you can Chase after it but don't forget the lunar wing to the boy i would recomend quick balls or timer balls to catch Cresselia good luck, also if you have both Mespirit and Cresselia on the run, they look exactly the same on marking map
if you cant keep up with Cresselia/Mespirit keep switching routes 'til he's near you, note that i haven't caught 'em yet but they do move when you change route
