When celio asks you to get the sapphire he will give you a rainbow pass that allows you to go from 1 - 7 island. Celio lets you keep the rainbow pass so you don't need to give it back.
IF YOU WANT A WALKTHROUGH HERE YOU GO
1.on 1 island you go to mt.ember and two rocket grunts battle you.
2.they are guarding a cave and one of them says "goldeen" which will come in handy later.
3.go inside the cave when they leave and you will find a Ruby.
1.go to four island and go to icefall cave which is northeast when using surf.
2.you go and get hm07 waterfall.
3.there is a waterfall near the entrance go up the waterfall.
4. you will see lorelei and 3 rocket grunts with pretty strong Pokemon
5.fight them and afterwards they will go to there hideout on island 5
1.go to island 5 you will see something called the five aisle something.[sorry]
2.go down the aisle and you will verse rocket grunts.
3.you will see a warehouse where the code "goldeen" will come in handy BUT you also need another passcode that a scientist on one of the other islands will blurt out.
4.last but not least you get a ruby from that scientist which you give to celio and it makes his PC work.

Just simply beat the 4th gym leader,Erika, and you'll get the Rainbow Badge in Celadon City. She uses grass types ,so water and rock types would not be good choices. Use fire or ice type attacks.
