∙ 7y agoYou have to go through Mt. Coronet (From Celestic Town) and make sure that one of your Pokemon know Strength. Go North when you're inside the mountain. Soon you'll come out and it may take a while to get to Snowpoint City from Celestic Town. You'll need to pass through Route 216, Route 217, and Acuity Lakefront. There will be many trainers with powerful Ice-type Pokemon, but at the east end of Acuity Lakefront, you'll see Snowpoint City and the docks.
