How do you get to seafoam island in Pokemon Firered?

go to one of your Pokemon that have fly. Then go to Fushia city. Next walk down from the Pokemon center and go to the water. Use surf with a Pokemon then swim down then your first left until you reach an island. That is seafoam island. you can catch golduck, dewgong, seel, zubat, and golbat and the old rare hitmochen. there sud be a yellow pink dino
you need to have the move strength. you need to push a lot of boulders into holes. after you push the boulder into the hole, jump in after it. you need to block the water flow with the boulders. its a pretty easy maze though. in the end, you'll see articuno. save your game before you try and catch it. you might kill it or something, and need to start over. if you kill it without saving, you wont see it ever again forever because it will be dead. forever.
1. Teach Pokemon SURF HM. 2. Go to Fuschia City and Cannibar Island 3. To catch ARTICUNO use SURF from Fuschia City and SURF and go down until you hit the rocks in the water then go right (<--) (that way) until you hit land and at the top right corner of your screen says SEAFOAM ISLANDS!!! yes, the seafoam island is next to cinnabar island and that's you can get to the cinnabar island. and inside the seafoam island articuno make sure you catch or save because you only get one chance
