Use surf with a Pokemon then swim down then your first left until you reach an island. That is seafoam island. you can catch golduck, dewgong, seel, zubat, and golbat and the old rare hitmochen. there sud be a yellow pink dino
you need to have the move strength. you need to push a lot of boulders into holes. after you push the boulder into the hole, jump in after it. you need to block the water flow with the boulders. its a pretty easy maze though. in the end, you'll see articuno. save your game before you try and catch it. you might kill it or something, and need to start over. if you kill it without saving, you wont see it ever again forever because it will be dead. forever.
