You have to cross the ossa trail and get to izoold, then I think you talk to the girl in the second house from the entrance, then you go to talk to one of the guys near a boat (not the fat fisherman, a boy named Max) and I think he will tell you that Aifread went back home, then you back to the girl and speak to her, then you go back to Max, then your set! But I really don't remember if it's that way because I did it long ago.
