Sorry, but there is no such cheats. No object cheats like the sims 2 have been put in the sims three, for example, no thomstone of life and death, no rodneys death creator, ect. EA have been very restrictive on cheats like that.
HOWEVER.
If you enabled the "testingcheatsenabled true" and "buydebug" cheats, Then in the buy mode, A "?" icon appears on the category page, Where everything else is, Such as Confort, Vehicles, Electronics, Ect. In here are all the objects that are not available. For example, Fog machines, Dirt Patches, Mailbox, even spawners that can spawn animals, seeds and rocks.
That's as best as you are going to get. I have a strong feeling one day in the future, Someone will create an object mod that will replicate the ToL&D, as it was an amazing item.
