You get the costumes automatically as you go through the levels. To get the ceremonial robes, when at the last part of the death star choose to kill the emperor rather that vader. If you choose Vader you get my personal fav the sith stalker armour which is mint. Hope it helps

In order to obtain this character you must play the last mission on the death star and instead of attacking the emporor when you have the chance attack the already beaten Darth Vader. this will start the alternative dark side ending where starkiller becomes the emporors apprentice and gets life sustaining armour like Darth Vader.
