Well all you really do is go to Celadon city, got to the Rocket Game Corner, in the back there is a poster and go up to it and press "A" there should be a secret switch behind it and then some stairs will appear and you go down them. You should then be in the Rocket Hideout. So then go to the 3rd or 4th floor and you have to battle a Team Rocket Grunt to obtain the Lift Key for the elevator on that floor and go up to the highest floor and there you should find to Grunts guarding a door, you MUST!!! ABSOLUTELY MUST!!! Battle them to open the door to Giovanni's (Leader of the Rockets) room, there you must battle him and win (He use's rock/ground/poison type Pokemon so just use a water type Pokemon to beat him quicker), then everything goes black and he's gone. There is a pokeball next to you know, pick it up and it contains the silph scope that professor was looking for out on the street. Well you get to keep it ad use it the Pokemon Tower to fight off a ghost and rest her spirit, then you must fight more Team Rocket Grunts on the top floor all in a row and go to Mr. Fuji and obtain the Poke' Flute to wake up the two Snorlax that block your path. So there you have it! I told you how to obtain the poke' flute AND the silph scope!! SO YOU WANT TO BE THE POKEMON MASTER?
