I discovered that u buy the gem at Ivor

Bargain store and buy 3 for abt 900 total

and get the tinker use gold because

if u use bronze or silver he messes it up and accidently makes it dissapear then there u have it a rainbow gem and chewnicorns can heal to so make sure it's half happy and when an animals sick direct it to there hope this helps anymore questions just do it I'm on level 44 and unlocked all animals ;)
