To get it you need to do any of the following;
- Go to an event in NYC or Japan
- Get AR to get you the Membershrip Pass (What i did, and you can get other event Pokemon with it too)
- And you could get Mystery Gift, go to Get Gift from Wifi , and theres a chance that you could get it.
First of all, you need to activate the ' Mystery Gift ' function. You can do this by going to the Jubilife TV Center's second floor. There is a man who accepts sayings from you. Tell him the following :

You can obtain the member card in one of two ways. You can go to an event for example at Toys R Us, or GameStop. The other way of obtaining the member card is using an action replay and the code for that is:
