the enigma berry is impossible, the leichi berry can be obtained at mirage island or from Pokemon colosseum or Pokemon xd gale of darkness, the other berries may be able to be obtained from emerald.

When you talk to him, he will tell you whether he can see Mirage Island today or not. If he can see it, it will be found on Route 130. If he cannot see it today, talk to him again tomorrow. The way he determines whether he can see it or not is he selects a random ID number and checks your party for that number. If none match he won't be able to see it.
