go to the bridge

If you have a wireless controller, and have turned on the controller while holding the analog stick or D-Pad, the contoller may keep spinning the camera because even though you are not holding the analog stick or D-Pad, the game thinks you are. Simply turn off the remote or remove the batteries and put them back in and turn it back on without holding any buttons, and it should stop.

However, if this is happening only if you go to the camera mode where you see in Link's eyes, then it is the position in which you are in. If you are in tight spaces, or against a wall facing away from the wall, or even towards it, the camera might spin or stutter.
