You must go to Lon Lon Ranch. It is where the giant boulder is blocking the path. You can use the powder keg to blow it up on the first or second day or you can wait until the third day when it is gone. Once you get to Lon Lon Ranch go to the other end where you will find a building with Cuccoos ( Chickens ) painted on it. Enter and you will see a man sitting. Use the Broman's Mask to get all of the Wandering chicks to follow you. Once you have them all, keep using the mask until each has turned into a Cuccoo. Speak to the sitting man afterwards.
