Well, first of all, you must BUY an action replay, if you want codes, or it doesn't have codes on it, you go to codejunkies.com and click your part of the world. If you put codes that are for the European version of action replay, but you live in America or Canada, they won't work.
Second, if you want to find the codes for the game, click Codes & Saves, change the platform your playing the game on, (which for this, would be Nintendo DS) and then type in the name of the game.
Then you put them in, and turn the codes on, and there you go, action replay codes for Pokemon HeartGold, for Nintendo DS!
Also, remeber that if you put in the SoulSilver codes, they won't work for HeartGold, and vise versa. Just a tip.
