Well, when you first start playing the game the TV shopping will be on you phone (to use your phone go in your house find the phone and press A) but to use TV shopping, you have to by stuff from the supermarket (supermarket is on your phone) for 10 days (expect Sunday and Tuesday because they're closed) once you do that a Sprite will appear and that will unlock Channel 2. Then you watch Channel 2, and if you see anything you like you go to your phone and click on TV shopping and then you buy it.
