Dude. there isn't any rainbow ticket in emerald. The only tickets are:
eon aurora mystic and the regular ferry pass...but if you want to get a certain Pokemon, use a GameShark. There is a rainbow ticket in Firered you have 2 get more than 100 Pokemon than go 2 prof. oaks home.
