well um foist you have to get a Jynx from this dude in cerulian cidy hell want a poliwhirl trade him that (note) (the poliwhirl you trade him the same level jynx wil come to you) (another note) (it will be named zynx) yes the name does sound kind of queer but just telling you so you don't say why didnt you tell me the name or whatever anyway once you get you jynx/zynx you go to 4 island you have to beat the elite four once witch i did when your at 4 island go to the day care there where there is a big house and a old man on the side talk to the old hag lady in there take 2 Pokemon out of you party for room get a ditto leave ditto and jynx/zynx in the daycare wait a while they will have sex and then there is your smoochum idk when it evolves Google it or sumthin well hope i helped have fun with smoochum
