You can't get married on the psp version but i have sims 2 on the pc. how i get sims to marry, they must be in love. be under the boy sim. click on the girl sim, click on propose, engagement. after the engagement, anything could happed. wait a day or 2 in sim time then have your game under the boy click on propose, marrige. :) hope i helped!

I'm not sure about sims two, but when you un-install it should ask if you wanna remove saved data - say 'no'. If not then move the Sims files to a different location (probably do that in case it doesn't ask if you wanna keep the saved data)

That depends on what you want the most. Both sims 2 and sims 3 are good games. I would perhaps go for The sims 3, because it is a newer game and it has alot more features than the Sims 2. The graphics and the town are way better in the Sims 3, but it is a bit more expencive.
