Go to Lacunosa City (east of Opelucid City after you beat the game) and there will be a girl in the Pokemon center who talks about the Gracidea flower. Talk to her with Shaymin as the first Pokemon in your party and she will give you the Gracidea. (it may not work if you have a hacked, non-event shaymin.
