Level Bagon up to level 30 and it'll evolve into Shelgon.
Level Shelgon up to level 55 and it'll evolve into Salamence. I thnik you can go to meteor cave and catch a bagon then it evolves in to sheldon at lvl 30 then salamance at lvl 50
