How do you get into sootopolis gym it`s locked- Talk to Steven (left side of water) He will take you to the cave of origin.. Where Wallace is... He will ask you if you know where RAYQUAZA is.... (Sky Pillar) he leaves you there... and flies off.... (You will need a MACH BIKE so if you don't have it go trade your acro bike for it at the bike shop) then go to Pacifilog town... (close to Sky pillar) Make sure you have some max repels too.... it prevents wild Pokemon from appearing makes things easier and faster.... At the top is Rayquaza who will wake up as soon as you come close.... It flies off to Sootopolis (fly back to Sootopolis (after a little movie kyogre and groudon will have calmed down and went off somewhere, rayquaza goes back to Sky Pillar)....Talk to Wallace (in front of Gym he will unlock the door for you

i would say yes its defence is realy good if u have sapphire emerald or ruby u can get registeel in lilycove but the cave door must be sommoned to open
