Was Tommy Vercetti from Grand Theft Auto Vice City also in the game called Driv3r?
Yes. There is a character called Timmy Vermicelli in Driv3r who wears the same Hawaiian shirt as Tommy Vercetti did in GTA Vice City. It is supposed to be a spoof of the GTA character. Timmy in Driv3r is also wearing inflatable armbands, to make fun of Tommy's inability to swim.
