You haven't really specified the question much so this is my answer peeps
First, you have to have friend areas from the wigglytuff club.
Getting all pokemon for free is impossible since friend areas cost money but you do get these pokemon for free after completing certain things.
Celebi (Purity Forest 99Floor)
Magnemite (After rescue request by magnemite)
There may be more but i forgot.
Also, Wigglytuff gives you FREE friend areas (YEY)
So the pokemon that live in those free areas are technically free, just recruit them from their dungeon.
Of course there is cheats..
