How do you get in to stoopolis city in Pokemon ruby?
after defeating the mossdeep city gym head to stevens house in the top left corner of the city he will give you the hm for dive. head south and you'll reach the white rock of sootopolis city. find the darker area of water around the rock and dive under. go to the front of the rock while your underwater and head through the door. once you are in the inner area press B to float up. and then you are in sootopolis city!!

In Pokemon Ruby: Hideout at Mt Chimney In Pokemon Sapphire: Hideout at cave outside of Lilycove City In Pokemon Emerald: Both hideouts are in it After you defeat the hideout/hideouts you need to find the stolen submarine which is underwater outside of Mosdeep City where you will face Archie/Maxie for the final time resulting in the awaking of either Groudon or Kyogre which you will then catch depending on the game or Raquaza in Emerald. Then you catch whichever legendary is in your game in Sootopolis City in the Cave of Origin in Ruby or Sapphire, or at the Sky Pillar in Emerald which is East of Pacificlog town. After that Team Aqua/Team Magma are gone FOREVER!!!! Hope this helped
