you go out to the right talk to the little girl and then go right until your at the building there battle the guy in front of the door and he will run inside and lock the door go back into hearthrome city to the top left and battle two team galactic members after you win you will get a windworks key which you use at that building to the right so go back there use the key and the make your way through the building until u vs a galactic commander i think its mars after that the two galactic members that were stopping you from leaving hearthrome city at the bridge are now gone
