How do you get more than 6 sims on Sims 3 ps3?

For the ps3 or xbox you can not create more than six in the beginning, however you can add other sims to your house hold. there are two ways of adding another sim into your household. im sure to do both of them you need to have your cheats enabled. this is done by holding down L1, L2, R1, and R2,. and accepting the terms or whatever, however you must pause your game before doing this. anyway so you must alredy have six sims in your household, then you find a sim in the town, press and hold L2 i belive, you know the left trigger thingy on your ps3 or xbox controler, so press and hold that over the sim in the town you would like to add to your household. a blue circle will apear, it is small, then click X on your ps3 controler or A on your xbox controler while still holding the left trigger thingy. options will apear and one of them is add sim to curent houshold, press A or X and they will be in your household (when looking and clicking the options you can stop holding the left trigger thingy). if you want to create your own sim to add to your household then simply go into the options menu and create a townie that you want in your household and do the same thing.
