1. collect hay (from either canter farms, or in the overgaard skylands)
2. click on one of the bovos in the overgaard skylands, and click 'give' (the bovos are fat cow things that float)
3. click on the hay.

you can also make strawberry milk or chocolate milk, but you have to give the bovos chocolate or strawberries for that.
