go through the fast current to get to the dive spot. dive there, then dive again. now youre in the place to activate the cave entraces.at the back of the cave, theres a dead end. use dig,and it opens. at the next room, at the end of there, you switch relicanth to the last slot in your party, and wailord to the first.now for the fun part! go to the sandstorm and in the cave, regirock is there. go to the middle of the cave and use strength. it then opens. regirock is at lv.40, like the other two, and hes an easy catch. next by fortree, it is raining. where that collecter says where is the entrance, the cave is. go to the end, and go back two steps. next go two steps to the right. now use fly. it opens. get registeel.remember that cave that had no entrance by dewford? that's where regice is. run a clockwise lap going on all the edges, and the place opens. then catch him. that's how you catch the regi trio.
