first you must go to the lake of rage were the red garadose is (recamended:catch it!). After you beat it or catch it lance will apear and complament you and tell you that he was at the lake trying to find out what made the red garadose evolve(will also tell you he figured it out and for you to go back to mahogony town). THen back at mahogany town go into the building that is next to the tree that has the radio thing at the top of it. Inside the place you will see lance beat a guy and descover the secret passege way(then follow him inside). Iside you have to find your way to a main person of team roket and beat him(after he is beaten he will flee and you will have to follow a Pokemon that mimics his voice until you get to were you came in). Then finaly outside the gym will be open. THIS IS NOT A LIE BECAUS I ALREADY BEAT THE GAME (TIP:DO ALL THE STEPS IN ORDER OR ELSE IT WONT WORK).
