You exit the server you are currently in and go to a different server (that's not already full) and click the join button.
You either create a roblox server yourself, or you gain the trust of the owner of another server and ask him if you can be Admin.

You can make an account on a test server what you need to do is make an account on normal roblox then sign-in using your normal account

It all depends. If there is a full server like say 8 players out of 8 then when you press play it will create another server. If there are no players in the game at all if you press play you will create one.

You first go to the game you want to play. Then, click the large "Play" button. If you want a specific server, then go down to the list of servers, then click any available ones (ones that aren't full).

A script on Roblox runs on the server side then talks to the users. This allows it to address multiple users and manage the server. Local scripts run on a users computer then talks to the server. This allows for less lag in tools.
