You cannot get infinite robux and tix in Roblox, as tix is a discontinued currency, it is impossible to get infinite tix. Same with robux; robux is a online currency and cannot earned, without actually buying anything. You need Premium (Builders Club) to make shirts, and need money to buy robux. In short, you would need infinite money to get infinite robux in Roblox.
