You need to use Playon software and remote play from your PS3. Then connect your PSP to your Ps3.

You can go visit Hulu.com but can't watch videos as Hulu has decided to block console access to it's website, Hulu can be accessed via the PSN (no longer requiring PlayStation plus) but you will need to subscribe to Hulu Plus. Although it is possible to set up a computer as a "proxy" to allow the PS3 to "fake" it's identity to hulu... that is a sketchy topic with the User Agreement, and unless at least somewhat computer literate more complicated than necessary... so unless you are willing to pay for either Hulu Plus or a program such as PlayON, it's much easier to plug your computer into your TV...
