I think you mean exp share and I don't have SS but I do have HG and I think it's just the same so this is how you do it 1st you need to go to mahogany town, to do this you need to have at least 4 badges and at most 6 badges 2nd you need to either kill or capture the gyarados in the lake I won't tell you anything else about the gyarados if you don't want spoilers but you probably know about it anyway, after gyarados he will drop a red scale 3rd you need to go all the way back to mr pokemons house and talk to him he will take the red scale and give you an exp share Hope I helped from Will, kiss mwahhh
